Presenting......the April Dog of the Month......
'Reno!!

Reno's mom Cherie writes:

"Reno is a miniature Aussie from California that made his way to South Dakota to live with me! He is only 9mths old and 17 inches tall, but he has the heart of a lion and the soul of an angel! Reno came into our lives with big shoes to fill, two years after losing my yorkie of 16yrs. I never thought that any puppy could be as agile, sweet and special as this little guy. He truely is an angel sent to remind me that life goes on and he shines every moment, even when he is attacked by the garbage can or a hole gets him in the back yard (because we KNOW this innocent little boy could never tip the can or dig a hole!!!)! We say God HAD to make him pretty, because HE knew what this little guy MIGHT do!

Reno's day consists of going to the shop and sending off the hired men, chasing the rabbits from the location, making sure there are no hidden theives on the round bale stacks, running the cows from the fence line, counting the horses three times to be sure, checking for intruding garbage in the pasture (although fighting stray boxes requires an adult for security reasons :-)), checking for more bunnies, running back up for the "big dogs", and then of course...............pass out on the floor of the truck on the way home!
